The March 2013 issue of the World Customs Journal has just been released containing articles under two sections. Section1 – Academic Contributions, and Section 2 – Practitioner Contributions. The following articles were published in Section 2 - Practitioner Contributions: • Leadership development: the road to successful capacity building by Lars Karlsson. • A perspective on the impact of trade friction on customs performance by Libing Wei.
