CONSTRUCTION OF the R147 million Neptune road systems interchange on the N2 highway, which is one of the key stages in the progress of the R3,4 billion Coega industrial development zone (IDZ) and deep-sea harbour development in the Eastern Cape, started last month. It is the largest contract to date awarded by CDC since site clearing and construction work started on the IDZ. It was awarded to Ibhabhathlani Consortium.
