Ukraine has informed the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Committee on Safeguards that on 28 August 2019 it initiated a safeguard investigation on ‘complex fertilisers’ (mineral fertilisers with nitrogen and phosphorus content and mineral fertilisers with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content).
