Transnet has declared 2014 the ‘year of employee training and development’, Zeph Ndlovu, general manager for KwaZulu Natal (KZN) operations at Transnet Port Terminals, told FTW Online last week.
“The group is offering training and development opportunities for 15 000 people as part of our Market Demand Strategy (MDS) and 45% of those are earmarked for the KZN ports,” he said.
