On 18 February 2022, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) announced an amendment of Rule 19A to the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 relating to the substitution of forms DA 260 tobacco products accounts [Rule Amendment DAR228.]:

- DA 260 – Excise Account: Tobacco Products (SOS)
