Sars rules on bunker fuels

SA REVENUE Service has advised that the supply of bunker fuel to foreign ships is regarded as an export. It must therefore be accounted for by a single monthly DA 550 per port per client with a supporting summary detailing the bunker suppliers, according to trade consultants Deloitte.
