The Department of Trade and Industry on 10 April 2014 issued a Safety Notice relating to a product recall. The product My Sweet Love Cuddle Care Doll, exclusive to Game store, has been found to have an overheating defect that may cause injury to users.
Customers can return the doll to their nearest Game store’s Customer Service Desk for a full refund. The doll does not need to be in its original packaging. The doll will be accepted without the accompanying accessories and even if used. No till slip is required.
