THIS MONTH sees the opening by Safmarine of a sales/customer service office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Grant Daly will relocate from Singapore to Dubai as regional manager responsible for the West Central Asia region. He will report to Alan Jones, Safmarine's regional executive, based in Singapore. Key members of staff will transfer from the existing representation to ensure a smooth transition. The move is in line with a general trend towards representation under the Safmarine name.
