On 14 September 2012 the South African Revenue Service (Sars) announced the following amendments to the Rules to the Act: (i) Substitution of Form DA70 - Application to make Provisional Payment; (ii) The amendment to the traveller rules and implementation dates for the Passenger Processing System – Form TC-01 (Traveller Card); and (iii) Amendments to form DA 185 – Application Form: Registration/Licensing of Customs and Excise Clients.
