OVERBORDER SPECIALISTS Professional Consolidators will widen their network with the opening of a Durban office on May 1.
This will enable the company to offer a roadfreight consolidation service from Durban to Johannesburg and the neighbouring countries, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia.
Lesley Gore (better known to the transport industry as Lesley Schumann) will manage the Durban branch. She started her career as a
transport broker some 20 years ago, having since held senior positions with Safcor Forwarding in Durban and Turners Freight. She was most recently involved with a turnkey machine moving company.
Patti Upton has also joined the company in Durban as sales executive and will be responsible for the client base in Durban and surrounding areas. She started her career in truck rental 20 years ago and has remained in marketing and sales with transport-affiliated companies ever since.
