Sars on 17 March announced the deletion and insertion of various tariff subheadings as a consequence of the changes made under tariff heading 39.07 due to the implementation of the Harmonised System (HS) for 2017
The deletion of Dumping Items (i) 207.01/3907.69/01.06 “Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)”; (ii) 207.01/3907.69/02.06 “Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)”; and (iii) 207.01/3907.69/02.06; “Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)”.
The insertion of Dumping Items (i) 207.01/3907.61.90/01.08 “Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)” - Taiwan, Province of China 75%; (ii) 207.01/3907.61.90/02.08 “Poly(ethyene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)” - India 54,1%; (iii) 207.01/3907.61.90/03.08 “Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)” - Republic of Korea 19,7%; (iii) 207.01/3907.69.90/01.08 “”Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)” - Taiwan, Province of China 75%; (iv) 207.01/3907.69.90/02.08 ”Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)” - India 54,1%; and (iv) 207.01/3907.69.90/03.08 “”Poly(ethylene terephthalate), in primary forms (excluding liquids and pastes)” - Republic of Korea 19,7%
