United Nigeria Airlines, one of the leading airlines in the country, has received approval for operating international flights to a clutch of countries.
The airline secured approval to operate international flights to the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates.
The approval was contained in a letter last week from the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development and signed by the director, Air Transport Management.
According to the letter, the approval was in line with the bilateral air services agreements between Nigeria and the destination countries.
