The Southern African Customs Union (Sacu) has announced the appointment of a new executive secretary, Paulina Mbala Elago, a Namibian national, for a term of five years commencing on 01 April 2014. Elago previously served as country director for Tanzania for Trade Mark East Africa (TMEA).
