The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) on 02 February 2016 in terms of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 published ‘Regulations Relating to the Grading, Packing and Marking of Maize Products Intended for Sale in the Republic of South Africa’.
The Regulations will come into operation 12 months from the date of publication – on 02 February 2017.
