PIETERMARITZBURG-based humanitarian organisation Gift of the Givers has sent a 20-member aid team to begin relief work in the most devastated area of earthquake-ravaged Pakistan. More than 36 tons of aid, including medication, tents and blankets, were shipped to the capital, Islamabad recently, with another team from Rescue South Africa, accompanied by government delegates.
