The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Commission has extended an invitation for its annual conference on 15 March.
The event will focus on state procurement, grants, incentives, licensing and concessions as a means of achieving real economic transformation and providing black people with access to opportunities.
Applications are due by 28 February.
