Holding a BCom in Marketing and an LLB degree, she has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and technical business development.Noleen is the Head of the Department of Transport and Supply Chain Management and the director of the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS Africa) at the University of Johannesburg. In 2022 she was awarded the Transport Education Training Authority (Teta): 4IR Research Chair.
