Sars on 27 February 2015 announced the imposition of definitive (final) anti-dumping duties on frozen bone-in portions of fowl of the species Gallus Domesticus, classifiable in tariff subheading 0207.14, originating in or imported from Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
The rate of anti-dumping duty, dependent on the country of origin or export, was substantiated through an International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (Itac) Report (492).
