In a Government Gazette of 28 March 2014 a 3-page notice appeared in respect of the amendment of the Export Control Guidelines on the Exportation of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Waste and Scrap, published on 02 August 2013.
The amendment relates to Paragraph 1 of the Guidelines with the substitution for the wording "secondary scrap processors" with the wording "secondary scrap smelters".
