On 10 October 2011 Sars published the following draft amendments to the Rules (which include forms) to the Customs and Excise Act, which relate to the Electricity Levy: • Draft Part 3B of Schedule No. 1; • Draft Rules; • Draft Form DA 185; • Draft Form DA 185.4A12 (Electricity Producer); and • Draft Form DA 185.4B2 (Manufacturing Warehouse). Comment is due by 31 October 2011.
