Tariff Amendments Ð 31 May 2002 The anti-dumping duties 206.11/3808.10/01.06, on insecticides containing aldicarb, imported from or originating in the U.S.A., are withdrawn with retrospective effect to 15 October 2001. The anti-dumping duties 216.02/8536.20/03.06, on automatic circuit breakers, imported from or originating in Japan, are withdrawn with retrospective effect to 15 October 2002. The effect of this amendment, 316.01/4009.40 and 316.01/4009.41 is that tariff heading 4009.40 in respect of tubes and pipes, of vulcanised rubber, reinforced or combined with other materials (excluding metal or textile materials) without fittings for the manufacture of blower and ram type heaters, ventilation units and air-conditioning systems, identifiable for use solely or principally with motor vehicles with water cooled engines is deleted and inserted under tariff heading 4009.41 at a full rebate duty, with effect from 1 January 2002. Response due Initiation of a sunset review of the anti-dumping duties on clear float glass in sheets, of a thickness exceeding 2.5mm, but not exceeding 3mm (excluding optical glass) against Singapore and Thailand. Response due by 11 June 2002. Reduction in the duty on hand-drying apparatus, classifiable under tariff subheading 8516.33, from 20% ad valorem to free of duty. Response due by 21 June 2002.
