On 16 November 2012 the South African Revenue Service (Sars) gazetted a notice on the insertion of anti-dumping duties on fully treaded screws with hexagon heads, (excluding those of stainless steel) with a thread diameter of 6 mm or more but not exceeding 36 mm and a length of 10 mm or more but not exceeding 400 mm imported from or originating in the People’s Republic of China.
