In a Government Gazette dated 23 April 2012 the South African Revenue Service (Sars) published the “Protocol Amending the Convention between the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of Sweden for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes and Income” The Protocol entered into force on 18 March 2012.
