DHL WORLDWIDE Express is increasingly targeting South Africa's rapidly expanding trade into the rest of Africa, says newly appointed SA m.d. Brian Nielsen.
Nielsen was previously DHL g.m. in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
As SA m.d. he will
be also be directly responsible for the company's operations in Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland.
DHL is increasing its continental business from South Africa into the rest of Africa on a month to month basis, he said.
The number of shipments delivered to the rest of Africa is growing at a faster rate than those delivered to the rest of the world.
