It has been 559 days since the Customs Duty Act, 2014 was published, 546 days since the Customs Control Act, 2014 was published and 4 056 days since their drafting commenced.
Even though these Acts have not entered into force they have been subject to two proposed amendments in terms of the Taxation Laws Amendment Bills of 2015 and 2014.
