It has been 917 days since the Customs Duty Act, 2014, 904 days since the Customs Control Act, 2014 were published and 4 414 days since their drafting commenced.
On 05 April 2017, it will be 1 000 days since the publication of the Customs Duty Act, 2014 and on 18 April 2017 of the Customs Control Act, 2014.
Although these Acts have not entered into force, they have been subject to amendments proposed in terms of the Taxation Laws Amendment Bills of 2016, 2015 and 2014.
