The Department of Trade and Industry, published two Government Gazette notices on 07 August 2015, both in respect if the Counterfeit Goods Act.
The one ‘Counterfeit Goods Act: warehouse facility as a counterfeit good depot and appointment of person in charge’ and the second ‘Counterfeit Goods Act: Designation of warehouse facility as counterfeit goods depot and appointment of person in charge: Comments invited’.
In the first it announces the appointment of Abdullah Paruk Tel: (011) 046 9683, e-mail cinclyeoceanicbonded.co.za and Cell 0731786071 as the person in charge of the depot: Oceanic Bonded Warehouse cc, Unit 22, Jan Smuts Park, Jones Road, Boksburg, Gauteng.
The second calls for comments on the designation of a warehouse facility as a counterfeit goods depot and the appointment of person in charge.
