On July 1, OPDR officially joined the CMA CGM Group, after the European Commission finalised approval for the takeover without any conditions on June 29.
Previously part of the Bernhard Schulte Group, OPDR is an intra-European short sea transport expert.
It is specialised in short sea maritime services and door-to-door logistics solutions between North Europe, the Canary Islands, the Iberian Peninsula and Morocco.
