Clear Float Glass Dumping Duty Imposed on Malaysia

On 20 August 2021, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) announced the imposition of a provisional anti-dumping duty of 25,31% ad valorem on clear float glass on Malaysia classifiable in tariff subheadings 7005.29.17, 7005.29.23, 7005.29.25, 7005.29.35, 7005.29.45, 7005.29.55 and 7005.29.65 originating in or imported from Malaysia with effect from 20 August 2021 up to and including 18 February 2022.
