Côte d’Ivoire’s capital will be hosting the annual Africa CEO Forum on 6 and 7 June, the theme of which will focus on "How to Deliver the Next Generation of African Champions."
The event is expected to accommodate 1 800 participants representing 70 countries, including over 900 CEOs and more than 75 presidents and ministers from across the continent.
The Africa CEO Forum enables meaningful discussions between private-sector business leaders, investors, and policymakers about how to develop the African economy through a collection of conferences, debates, and high-level meetings.
The forum aims to tackle the challenge of how to turn current African crises into advantages.
Current issues and events to be discussed include how to address food scarcity, how to encourage corporate and business development, how to use disruptive technologies such as nascent technology and AI to our advantage, how to cultivate skills and talent in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), how to make use of the industrial opportunities of the green energy transition, and how to practice sustainable finance and trade.
