Description:
What You Will Be Doing
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling (Primary Focus – 50%+)
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to load owners and transporters
- Build and manage prospect databases
- Identify and qualify decision-makers
- Book meetings for the CEO
- Track call metrics and conversion rates
- Follow up persistently and professionally
2. Client Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new clients through onboarding
- Ensure documentation is completed
- Follow up until first successful activity on the platform
- Nudge and support users toward active participation
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track KPIs (calls, qualified leads, onboarding conversions)
- Assist in refining scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
