Merchant Manager

Are you passionate about Operations, growth and building strong merchant relationships? Our client is looking for a dynamic Merchant Manager to join their growing courier business.

As a Merchant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing partnerships nationwide. You'll act as the operational bridge between merchants and internal teams while driving performance and expansion.  

Responsibilities: 

• Onboarding and technical integration of merchants.
• Acting as the operational bridge and managing escalations.
• Driving growth and upselling opportunities.
• Monitoring performance and expanding volume.
• Monthly tracking and reporting.
• Ensuring reporting compliance.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in courier, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong operational and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven and highly organised.
