Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Oversee inventory management, maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
• Manage the shipment process, ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, promoting high performance and morale. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in inventory management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Experience in the electrical engineering or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
