Operations Administrator (Durban)

Specialist Logistics Operator requires a mature & professional individual with a Maritime background to assist on both Operations & Finance. Ability to compile essential shipping documents, such as Bills of Lading, Manifests, Clearance paperwork for local authorities & discharge ports. Assist Ops staff with finalising vessels projects, prepare vessel accounts to send to Finance department. Despatch vessels final accounts to relevant principals as per Operators instructions. Perform general accounting functions & other ad hoc tasks in support of the operational processes & controls for both Ships Agency & Clearing & Forwarding.
