Our client, a proudly locally owned Logistics and Supply Chain organization is seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow their commercial operations across South Africa. With a workforce of over 1200 employees nationwide, this established business plays a critical role in supporting key industries, including mining, transport and maritime operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer retention initiatives and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Lead new business development across key industry sectors.
- Manage, mentor and motivate a high-performing national sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics and finance teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal and external standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).
- 5–10 years’ experience in sales and business development, within logistics or cargo.
- Proven track record of managing national sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
