Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager with a strong sales mindset to lead the Brakpan store. This is an exciting opportunity to run the store like your own business, with the chance to earn a performance-based bonus in April and commission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including school principals.
• Order and manage stock levels.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and reconciliations.
• Use own vehicle for work purposes (compensation provided).
• Operate the store as if it were your own business, making independent decisions to drive success.
• Optionally open the store on Sundays to increase business.
• Perform weekly banking and financial reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in retail management.
• Strong sales-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
