ZIMBABWE'S LONG awaited National Revenue Authority is again being delayed. Designed to improve tax and excise collection, it was originally supposed to have been set up next month but the regulations are still being framed and are being examined by the Attorney-General's department for fine tuning.
It is highly improbable we will meet the deadline, says a finance ministry official.
The government hopes that revenue collection will increase by at least 20%.
