Driving exports and growing local sales and revenue through wine tourism will be high on the agenda at the Nedbank Vinpro Information Day designed to highlight the South African wine industry’s Covid-19 recovery plan and the macro-environmental factors that influence wine-related businesses.

The event is scheduled for 21 January next year.

Themed “Direct Your Destiny”, it will explore the direction that each individual and business in the wine value chain needs to take towards a more robust, competitive, profitable and sustainable industry, says Vinpro managing director Rico Basson.

“The industry can only rebuild towards a stronger and more sustainable South African wine industry by forming and nurturing strategic partnerships across the value-chain,” he says.
