On 27 August 2021, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) announced the publication of a Correction Notice, by the substitution of the reference to Rebate Item “317.03” with Rebate Item “317.04” where it appears in Refund Item 538.00/00.00/04.00 published in the Government Gazette of 13 August 2021

The date of implementation is 27 August 2021.
