Vehicle exports to grow 22% this year

VEHICLE EXPORTS from South Africa are accelerating. According to Naamsa they are expected to grow by about 22% to 220 000 vehicles from the 179 859 vehicles of 2006. South Africa is expected to make 662 000 vehicles in 2007, an improvement of 12,6% over 2006 industry domestic production of 587 719 vehicles.
