An invitation has been extended for comment on a notice in respect of the Initiation of a Sunset Review of the Anti-Dumping Duties on Frozen Meat of Fowls of the Species Gallus Domesticus, Cut in Pieces with Bone-In, Classifiable under tariff subheading 0207.14.90, Originating in or Imported from the United States of America (USA). The application was lodged by the South African Poultry Association (SAPA) which represents about 80% of the Southern African Customs Union (Sacu) producers of the subject products but in this case representing Rainbow Farms (Pty) Ltd, Earlybird (Pty) Ltd, and Country Fair Foods (Pty) Ltd. Comment is due by 01 August 2011.
