The AARTO Act further makes provision for the appointment of persons to the Board of RTIA to represent and control the Agency.

He invited comment on the suitability of the listed persons: (1) Ms Nomini Rapoo Legal and governance; (2) Ms Nomusa Zethu Qunta Public Finance, Economics & Governance; (3) Prof. Tebogo Job Mokgoro Strategy & Governance; (4) Mr Bryan Shuan Chap log Chartered Accountant; and (5) Mr Benedict Matinise Strategy.
