Taxation Laws Amendment Acts, 2017 Promulgated

On 18 December 2017 Sars announced the promulgation of the Taxation Laws Amendment Act 17 of 2017; Tax Administration Laws Amendment Act 13 of 2017; as well as the Explanatory Memorandum on the Taxation Laws Amendment Bill, 2017.
