KEEPING OPEN lines of communication between Portnet and its customers is clearly the best way of resolving differences and finding solutions.
Using FTW as the facilitator, Port Operations Division chief executive officer Tau Morwe has committed himself to this philosophy and agreed to answer any questions put to him via this newspaper.
Readers are invited to email or fax their questions on any POD-related issues to FTWÕs editor. These will be forwarded to Portnet and questions and answers will be published in FTW.
FTW conducted a similar exercise, with great success, when Morwe assumed his current position some years ago. Against the background of congestion-related issues which have dominated the media for some weeks, he has agreed once again to "talk" to his customers via FTW.
Please email your questions, which should be brief and to the point, to joyo@nowmedia.co.za or fax them to the editor on 011 327 4094.
