Seminar on service strategies

DEVELOPING SERVICE marketing strategies in a fluctuating environment is the topic of a seminar to be held in Johannesburg on October 1. Organised by the Institute of Marketing Management, it aims to help managers understand the factors that lead to success in service-driven organisations. The presenter is Dr Christopher Lovelock of Yale University. Who holds an MBA from Harvard and a PhD from Stanford.
