On 23 January the South African Revenue Service (SARS) advised stakeholders of the retrospective introduction of the 2 350 pages of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) member States and Mozambique, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as per Notice in the Government Gazette of 22 January 2021.
