RORO exhibition and conference in Sweden this May

For those involved in roll-on, roll-off (ro-ro) shipping, there is a full-scale exhibition and conference sponsored by Stena RoRo, and being held in Gothenburg, Sweden from May 22-24.

For more than 30 years, the RORO exhibition and conference has been the meeting place of the industry. It’s an event where professionals from over 50 countries will gather to discuss and discover the latest roll-on/roll-off solutions.

Over the three days, the high level conference will attract international experts and business leaders to debate the issues facing the industry. Amongst the speakers are: Mike Garratt, MD MDS Transmodal; Arild Iverson, CEO Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics; Mårten Carlquist, CEO North Sea RoRo; Dr Gernot Tesch, MD Scandlines Deutschland; Åsa Wilske, environment manager Port of Gothenburg; Sara Sköld, director Clean Shipping Project; and Per Westling, MD Stena Line.

Key themes include: Markets under pressure; port infrastructure; green ro-ro; latest trends in ro-ro sector; and competing in the transport market.
