On 04 March 2011 a Government Gazette appeared in respect of the amendments of the regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material. The regulations, amongst others, deal with the issuing of export certificates, the application of such certificates, inspection and sampling of plant and propagating material, purity analysis, and germination or viability test.
