Rains create havoc in Mumbai

ALAN PEAT Incessant rain since the beginning of August has blitzed freight transport facilities in Mumbai, India. SAA acknowledged at least one freighter flight had been cancelled. The railway network also told of rail lines and other facilities being washed away, and road transport was seriously disrupted.
