Peter Lewin … going by CEO's promise. ALAN PEAT THE CONTAINER Rail Operators’ Forum (Crof) still hopes to conclude the sectoral agreements and finalise the terms and conditions of members’ rail contracts before year-end, according to Peter Lewin, logistics director of MSC Logistics and chairman of the forum. The forum is going by the promise made to it by Spoornet CE Siyabonga Gama that he wanted these finalised before year-end. “As far as we’re concerned,” he added, “with Spoornet’s festive season break, that should mean completing these by the end of this month (November), before the management go on holiday.”
